EVENT CRITERIA
Event must be unique.
Event must be interactive and drive traffic to the shopping center.
Event staff must pre-promote event and advertise the event.
Event must be free and open to the public. No donations or sales permitted unless paying a rental fee.
Event organization must comply with insurance requirements.
A partnership with mall sponsors, mall retail stores or media is preferred.
Once your request is received, a mall representative will be in contact with you. No event is approved without a signed agreement between both parties.
Contact kim.kaio@ggp.com if you wish to host an event for the purpose of conducting retail sales. Oakwood Mall, with nearly 10 million shopper visits and over 5,225 parking spaces is a great location for any event regardless of weather!
