If you are interested in holding an Event at Oakwood Mall please email oakwoodadmin@ggp.com and include the following information.

EVENT CRITERIA
Event must be unique.
Event must be interactive.
Event must drive traffic to Oakwood Mall.
Event must have the potential for media coverage.
Event staff must pre-promote and advertise the event.
Event must be free and open to the public. No donations or sales permitted.
Event organization must have insurance policy with $1 million in aggerate and per occurence coverage.
Event orgainzation must list Oakwood Mall as additional insured on insurance policy (details to be sent).
A partnership with mall sponsors, mall retail stores or media is preferred.
Once your request is reviewed Oakwood Mall will contact you regarding the agreement process. No event is approved without a signed agreement between both parties.
*Contact joy.brantner@ggp.com, if you wish to hold an event for the purpose of conducting retail sales. Oakwood Mall, with nearly 10 million annual customers and over 5,225 parking spaces, is a great location for any event regardless of the weather.
